I grew up in a small farm town in Southwest Georgia, and at an early age I learned the meaning of hard work and the benefits of having a plan in place, in order to better accomplish my goals. This lesson was instilled in me by parents and the work involved on our farm.

I carried this forward with me in my later teens when I joined the United States Marine Corps, where I used this ideology to further develop my career while in combat zones and in non-combat zones. The Marine Corps further strengthened my need and want to help individuals in all walks of life. The Marine Corps also taught me to improvise, adapt and overcome any obstacles that get presented in front of my path towards accomplishing my set goals.

After my active duty time was completed I transitioned to the Marine Corps Reserves. During my time in the Marine Corps Reserves I attended Georgia Southern University during the day and worked as a Law Enforcement Officer for Statesboro Police Department at night. During this time I learned the meaning of having and promoting a strong local community, and gained a better understanding of the meaning of being involved in the community to achieve that.

Once I completed my Bachelors of Science degree, I was hired by Edward Jones and after some years made the change to Raymond James. I made the decision to become a Financial Advisor in order to help my local community with their personal and financial goals. I strive to help small business owners, entrepreneurs, individuals with complex needs, and the individuals working to progress their lives within my community, with their financial and personal goals. I am always committed to helping First Responders, Veterans, Active Duty Military and Reservists in any way I can, whether that is being a part of multiple area organizations that raise money or awareness, helping with their financial goals, or just being there as a friend that they can talk too. My goal is to help my clients by developing individual strategies in order to pursue the goals they have set for themselves.

The Most Important things to me in life are my Faith, my Family and Friends, and making a positive difference in the life’s of everyone around me. I am married to the Love of my life and my best friend Katie and we are blessed to have great friends and be involved in a wonderful community.
